Jan Jedlinski

Overview

Jan Jedlinski is CEO and co-founder of Candidately, a position held since August 2021[3]. Jedlinski has been building category-defining products for the staffing and recruiting industry since 2016[2]. Prior ventures include Gustav, which Jedlinski co-founded and served as CEO from January 2017 to January 2023 before its acquisition by Fuse[6], and Beavr, co-founded and led from October 2015 to January 2017[7]. Jedlinski also serves as CEO and co-founder of Candidate Search AI as of June 2025[4]. Since August 2018, Jedlinski has held the position of Venture Partner, Investor, and LP at Pioneer Fund[5]. Jedlinski attended Y Combinator in 2017[8] and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Tourism Management from Modul University Vienna[9].
