Nazzari is a Talent Partner at Andreessen Horowitz [1][3]. Nazzari previously worked in talent roles at Amazon from June 2022 to September 2022 [7] and from October 2023 to July 2025 [5]. Earlier experience includes a position in growth at BeReal from October 2021 to June 2022 [8], an internship at ArtTactic from September 2022 to December 2022 [6], and founding Macrothink For Micro Action from April 2020 to June 2021 [10]. Nazzari also served as Program Manager at Dreams for Schools from January 2022 to March 2022 [9].
