Zhou serves as President and CEO of 3.1 Phillip Lim, which Zhou co-founded with Phillip Lim in 2005.[1][2][3] Zhou spent childhood in Ningbo, China, and arrived in New York City at age 12, settling in Chinatown with family.[2] Zhou attended the Fashion Institute of Technology.[6] Prior to founding 3.1 Phillip Lim, Zhou founded Aegis Group, LLC in 1996.[5] Zhou is also a co-founder of i-see, a position held since 2019.[4]
