Tim Lawton is Co-CEO and Co-founder at SightX[1], a position Lawton has held since July 2015[3]. Prior to founding SightX, Lawton worked in investment banking, serving as AVP in Investment Banking at Barclays from June 2010 to May 2013[6] and as Director of Prime Services at UBS Investment Bank from May 2013 to April 2015[4]. Lawton's earlier career included military service as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army from June 2003 to December 2005[8] and as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment from December 2005 to September 2008[7]. Lawton also served on the Advisory Committee on the Readjustment of Veteran's Affairs from 2009 to 2014[5]. Lawton holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned from 1999 to 2003[10], and an MBA in Corporate Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management, completed from 2008 to 2010[9].
