Susan Schofer

Overview

Susan Schofer holds the position of Partner at SOSV[1] and serves as Partner and Chief Science Officer at HAX[4]. Schofer brings over 15 years of experience as a startup operator and company builder across roles in research and development, product development, product management, strategy, partnerships, business development, and commercialization[2]. Schofer holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech (1998–2004)[11], a Sc.B. in Chemistry from Brown University (1993–1997)[12], and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Chemistry at Stockholm University (2004–2005)[13].
