Sumantro Das

Sumantro Das is co-founder and COO of InstaLILY AI[1], a platform for vertical AI agents designed for enterprise distribution[3]. At InstaLILY, he leads platform growth and customer execution, working with private equity firms and industrial operators[4]. Das previously held product leadership roles at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., serving as Senior Associate, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Director, and Senior Director from 2014 to 2020[12][11][10][9][8]. He then worked as VP, Head of Product, Digital & SEO at Mattress Firm from December 2020 to September 2022[7]. Das holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Warwick[13] and a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in International Management and Organizational Behavior from Boston University's Questrom School of Business[14]. He serves on the Board of Directors of Hunters Point Parks Conservancy[6].
