Panesar brings over 30 years of technology experience, including more than 25 years in leadership roles across investment banking, wealth management, financing and capital markets[2]. Prior to joining Transient.AI, Panesar held the position of Executive Director at UBS from January 2024 to June 2026[5], and previously worked as Executive Director at Credit Suisse from September 1998 to February 2024[6]. Panesar holds an MSc in Finance from Baruch College, completed in 2012[12], and is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Emerging Technologies with a focus on Generative AI from Golden Gate University, expected completion December 2026[11].
