Sameer Madan is CTO and Co-Founder at Neura Health[1][3]. Madan is an engineer and entrepreneur[2] who previously worked at Facebook for approximately nine years in various software engineering roles[4][5][6][7][8]. During that tenure, Madan built Facebook Live and served as technical lead on the project[2], while also working on video infrastructure, the Live Video API, comment threading and ranking systems, video comments, and mobile networking libraries[2]. Madan holds an MS in Computer Science and Product Design from Stanford University[11] and a B.Tech in Computer Science with a minor in Plasma Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi[12].

I’m an engineer and entrepreneur, currently building Neura Health. Prior to this, I was a Software Engineer at Facebook for 9 years. At Facebook, I built Facebook Live and was the technical lead on that. As part of that, I also worked on video infra and launched the Live Video API.
