Robert Rich III

Overview

Robert Rich III is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ROAR Logistics, Inc., a position held since August 2003.[1][6] At ROAR Logistics, Rich has focused on supply chain execution and logistics innovation, developing competencies in logistical process improvement, multimodal logistics strategies, and customer service excellence.[2] Rich holds an MBA in Business from Canisius University (1992–1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University (1985–1989).[11][12] Beyond ROAR Logistics, Rich serves as President of Three Sticks Marketing (since April 2020), Member of the Board of Trustees at Niagara University (since January 2024), Member of the Board of Directors at Gear Secure (since December 2016), and Co-Chair of the Schools & Education Committee at the Kiwanis Club of Carefree (since October 2025).[3][4][5][7] Prior experience includes roles as President of Extra Mile Transportation (1997–2003) and National Account Manager at Rich Transportation Services (1993–1996).[9][10]
