Rajinder (Raj) Singh

Overview

Rajinder Singh serves as Chief Risk Officer at Pagaya as of June 2024.[1][2] Singh brings extensive experience in risk management across financial services, having previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Newrez LLC and Caliber Home Loans from April 2021 to March 2022,[4] and at Genworth from 2014 to March 2021, where Singh oversaw Global Mortgage Insurance.[5] Earlier roles include Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at CitiMortgage from 2010 to 2013,[6] Chief Credit Risk Officer at GMAC/Ally Financial Services from 2008 to 2010,[7] and Chief Risk Officer for GE Capital Consumer Finance in the Americas from 2003 to 2007.[8] Singh also served as Senior Vice President and Head of Risk/Reward Management at U.S. Bank from 1998 to 2003.[9] Singh holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rochester Simon Business School[10] and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.[12] Singh completed an Advanced Risk Management Program at The Wharton School in 2017.[11] Singh serves as a Board Member at Sagen Canada, India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, and Appalachian Trail Conservancy as of April 2022.[3]
