Qian (Chen) Zhou

Overview

Qian Zhou holds the position of Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Technology, Data and Analytics Lead at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.[1] Zhou brings over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-level transformations and serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives within a $16 billion global consumer product organization.[2] Prior to the current role beginning in January 2025,[3] Zhou served as Vice President, Head of Technology for Global Brands from April 2020 to February 2025.[4] Zhou's tenure at Estée Lauder also includes positions as North America Regional Technology Lead and Strategic Business Partner from March 2013 to March 2020,[5] and Director, Global Order to Cash Sub-Process Owner, Global SAP Strategic Initiatives from August 2008 to February 2013.[6] Before joining Estée Lauder, Zhou worked as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting from August 2006 to February 2013,[7] and as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from May 2002 to August 2006.[8] Zhou holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University[9] and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.[10]
