Nora Apsel is Co-Founder & CEO at Morty[1]. Apsel co-founded Morty in June 2016[4], serving initially as Co-Founder before transitioning to Co-Founder & COO from December 2018 to May 2020[3], and assuming the role of Co-Founder & CEO from May 2020 onward[2]. Prior to Morty's founding, Apsel worked as a Software Engineer for independent consulting from June 2013 to January 2017[5], and held frontend engineering positions at several companies including Easy Pairings, 15Five, and Truly Wireless between 2014 and 2016[8][9][6]. Apsel holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2007 and 2009[10], and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University, completed between 2000 and 2004[11].
