Overview
Kimberly Gray is the Founder and CEO of Uvii[1][3]. Gray began their career in film and television, working on productions for HBO, MTV, and 40 Acres and a Mule[2]. This early experience informed Gray's observation that communication methods matter as much as content itself[2]. Gray founded Uvii to address a problem identified across education, government, and community engagement sectors: organizations sought honest feedback but relied on tools that reduced responses to checkboxes, ratings, and static forms[2]. Uvii develops technology designed to help organizations reach people, capture their stories, and understand their perspectives[2]. Prior to founding Uvii in March 2018[3], Gray owned 77 Films, Inc. from December 2008 to February 2017[4] and served as Chief Creative Officer at Fashioholic from February 2011 to February 2013[5]. Gray holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology[8], a degree in Business Management from Howard University[6], and a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship and Business from Cornell University[7].
