Jason XI Yang is the founder of Egaki.AI as of September 2025[1][3]. Yang's career has focused on natural language processing, ranking, and recommendation systems[2]. Prior to founding Egaki.AI, Yang worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Quora from 2022 to 2024[5] and at WorldQuant Predictive from 2019 to 2022[6]. Yang also held positions as a Strategist and Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs from 2017 to 2019[8] and founded NootChart from 2024 to 2025[4]. Yang holds a Master's Degree from Brown University[11] and a degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University[12]. Earlier research experience includes work as a Research Assistant in Brown University's Department of Cognitive, Linguistic & Psychological Sciences from 2013 to 2015[9] and as a Summer Intern in Harvard University's Department of Psychology in 2012[10].
