Jakub C. is a software engineer and entrepreneur based in the New York artificial intelligence scene. C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, earned between 2009 and 2013.[11] C. began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at FactSet Research Systems in 2012,[9] followed by a full-time position at FactSet from 2013 to 2015.[8] C. subsequently served as Lead Backend Engineer at Often from 2015 to 2016,[7] then joined Oscar Health as a Software Engineer in 2016, advancing to Senior Software Engineer by 2022.[5][6] C. attended Y Combinator in summer 2022.[10] C. co-founded Supercool, a Y Combinator S22 company, serving as co-founder from 2022 to 2023.[4] C. currently holds the position of co-founder and CTO at both Fixpoint, since October 2023,[3] and Amika, since February 2026.[1][2]
