Isabelle Von Kohorn MD PhD

Overview

Isabelle Von Kohorn holds an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a PhD in Investigative Medicine from Yale School of Medicine, along with a bachelor's degree in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University.[10][11][12] Von Kohorn served as an Attending Neonatologist at Holy Cross Health from 2011 to 2019, subsequently becoming Chief of Neonatology there from 2019 to 2021.[5][6] During this period, Von Kohorn held a Clinical Assistant Professor position at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences from 2019 to 2023.[4] Von Kohorn joined Pomelo Care as Vice President of Medical Affairs in 2021 and was promoted to Chief Medical Officer in March 2025.[1][2][3] Earlier career experience includes a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine and a position as Program Officer at the National Academy of Medicine.[7][9]
