Hal Rubin

Overview

Rubin holds a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1987-1989) [7] and completed coursework in Mathematics and Engineering at the University at Buffalo (1985-1987) [8]. Rubin's career in insurance began with a position as Senior Vice President at AIG from June 1989 to April 2008 [6], followed by work as an Actuary at Itau XL from May 2008 to March 2009 [5].
