Gareth Jones

Overview

Gareth Jones is co-founder at FinTech Collective, a position held since January 2014[1][3]. Jones has worked in emerging and high-growth technology businesses for 26 years[2]. Prior roles include senior vice president at Serverside Group from 2006 to 2013, a company later acquired by Gemalto[4]. Jones co-founded CardLab Inc. in 2007, which was subsequently acquired by Blackhawk Network[5]. Earlier career positions included vice president roles at Thomson Reuters covering the Americas and EMEA regions between 2003 and 2006[6][7], and senior vice president of EMEA and Asia at Multex.com, Inc. from 1999 to 2003 before its acquisition by Reuters[8]. Jones completed a Senior Executive Program at Columbia Business School in 2012[10] and holds a BSc Honours in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England[11].
