Frank Monterisi

Overview

Frank Monterisi serves as Executive Vice President at Related Companies, where Monterisi leads the development of real estate projects in New York and Chicago across different asset classes and business lines.[1][2] Monterisi previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Related Midwest from May 2019 to April 2022 and served as Senior Vice President of development beginning in July 2007.[4][5] Over a 15-year career with Related Companies, Monterisi has managed a $6 billion asset portfolio of luxury, market-rate, affordable developments and commercial projects in New York City and Chicago.[2] Monterisi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, earned between 2005 and 2007, and a BS in History from the United States Naval Academy, completed between 1995 and 1999.[9][10] Prior to business school, Monterisi served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 1999 to December 2004.[8]
