Evan Hecht is the founder and CEO of Quantitative Systems, a recruitment consulting firm established in April 2009[4]. In November 2023, Hecht founded Hecht Search, serving as its founder and CEO[3]. Hecht holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland, earned between 1999 and 2003[10].
