Eli Chapman

Overview

Eli Chapman is co-founder and CEO of OZU[1], a company building AI video software based in Brooklyn[2]. Chapman holds a B.S. in Film and Television from Boston University[3][11]. Prior to founding OZU in August 2023[4], Chapman held senior leadership roles at several media and advertising technology companies, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Sales at Celtra from 2018 to 2021[7], Vice President and Managing Director at R/GA from 2016 to 2018[9], and Senior Director of Client Partner at TubeMogul from 2014 to 2016[10]. Chapman also served as CMO at Celtra in 2021 to 2022[6] and as a Research Collaborator at Special Circumstances in 2022[5]. Chapman currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at CreativeX as of April 2026[3].
