Baldry served as Director of Institutional Money Funds at Deutsche Asset Management from 1997 to 2003[8], then co-founded Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) in 2003, serving as Managing Director and later as CEO and Global Head of Sales until July 2019[3][4]. Since July 2019, Baldry has served as co-founder and CEO of EPBComms LLC, a communications and entertainment firm offering public speaking, entrepreneur-in-residence services, and consulting on growth and sales strategies[5].
