Overview
Dave Winsborough is the founder of Deeper Signals[1], a company focused on assessment in talent management and executive teamwork[2]. Winsborough holds a Master of Social Sciences degree with honours in Psychology from the University of Waikato, earned between 1979 and 1984[11]. Prior to founding Deeper Signals in June 2018[4], Winsborough served as Vice President of Innovation at Hogan Assessment Systems from January 2016 to March 2018[8]. Winsborough also co-founded Button Psychology in August 2023[3] and previously chaired Winsborough Limited from January 1995 to September 2022[6], serving as Managing Director from 2000 to June 2018[7]. Additional professional experience includes work as a Leadership Consultant for the New Zealand Army from 2005 to 2009[10] and board membership at Wellstop from 2008 to October 2010[9].
