Daryl Lim

Overview

Daryl Lim is Co-Founder and CTO at Tracecat[1], a company focused on security automation[2]. Lim has been in the role since January 2024[3]. Prior to founding Tracecat, Lim worked as a Software Engineer at Maven Securities from August to November 2023[4] and at Meta from September 2022 to March 2023[5]. Earlier experience includes internships at AMD[7], Yelp[8], and UOB[10], as well as a Software Engineer Intern position at AMD[7]. Lim also served as a Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London from September 2020 to February 2022[6] and as Vice President of the Imperial College Association of British and Chinese University Students[9]. Lim holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Imperial College London[12] and participated in Y Combinator's W24 cohort[11].
