I've had the privilege of working in diverse complex engineering and advanced analytics projects over 20 years with GM, CAE, MDA, PWC and now Very. In the last ten years my focus has switched from traditional Aerospace engineering to optimization, data engineering and machine learning. Starting with my MBA, my focus again shifted to building environments that unlock and drive ML and Data Engineering team to greatness. This includes both delivering value to the business and it's customers as well as building awesome places to work and grow.
