Overview

Chris Osborn is a physicist and software engineer who founded Dialect in October 2021[1][3]. Osborn holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Columbia University (2008–2013)[10] and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Rochester (2004–2008)[11][12]. Prior to founding Dialect, Osborn worked at Rigetti Computing from November 2016 to October 2019, initially on the quantum engineering team and subsequently leading a software engineering team delivering components of Rigetti's Quantum Cloud Services platform[2][5]. Osborn also co-founded Enombic from October 2019 to September 2021[4] and previously founded Cache Finance, Inc., serving as Founder and CEO from January 2015 to July 2016[6].
