Bianca Diana Anghelina is the founder of AILY LABS [1], a firm focused on combining business with technology and impact [2]. Anghelina has led the company since June 2020 [3]. Prior to founding AILY LABS, Anghelina held several positions in financial planning and analysis roles at Novartis between 2009 and 2020, including Head of Global Digital Finance [4], Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis [6], and other senior management positions [7][8][9]. Anghelina also worked as Head of Global Business Planning & Analysis at Sandoz from 2016 to 2018 [5] and as a Senior Consultant at BMW from 2007 to 2009 [10]. Anghelina holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and an Economist degree in Banking from Universtitatea Lucian Blaga Sibiu, both completed between 2001 and 2006 [11][12], as well as an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management [13].
