Kotzer's earlier career included roles at Soluto, progressing from Software Developer in August 2011[8] to Tech Lead[7] and later CTO and VP R&D[6]. Kotzer also worked as a Software Developer at Intel[10] and Solocate[9]. Kotzer holds a BSc in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem[11].
