Amjad F. is a founder in the New York artificial intelligence scene.[1] Amjad F. founded Faramesh Labs in December 2025.[2] Amjad F. also founded Kernel Systems, a stealth mode company, beginning in February 2026.[3] Beyond founding roles, Amjad F. has contributed as a research contributor to EleutherAI since February 2025[5] and to the OWASP GenAI Security Project since October 2025.[4] Previously, Amjad F. founded Warrm.ai, which operated from August 2024 to March 2025.[6] Regarding education, Amjad F. completed an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering at South Texas College from January 2022 to July 2023[8] and earned a Computer Science degree from Kean University in 2024.[9] Amjad F. also studied Computer Science at Florida International University from September 2025 to December 2025.[7]
