Ajay Krishna Amudan is cofounder and CTO of Maximor AI[1], a company building AI-native infrastructure for the Office of the CFO[2]. Amudan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras[10] and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University[9]. Before founding Maximor AI in July 2025[3], Amudan worked at Microsoft for approximately five years, serving as Product Lead and Founding Architect of Microsoft Finance Platform from January 2019 to 2024[4], and as Founding Engineer for Azure DNS from November 2016 to December 2018[5]. Earlier experience includes software engineering internships at Directi[7] and Indix[8], as well as founding the Programming Club at CFI, IIT Madras[6].
