Frame AI

Overview

Frame AI was a New York, NY-based streaming generative AI platform that extracted meaning and recommended actions from unstructured customer conversation data.[1] Founded in 2016,[2] the company operated as an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform whose solution turned unstructured data such as emails, calls, meetings and conversations into real-time insights for businesses.[3] On December 6, 2024, HubSpot announced an agreement to acquire Frame AI.[4] The Frame AI team, including members named George, Robbie, Jesse and Brandon, brought nearly a decade of expertise in natural language processing and machine learning.[5] Following the acquisition, the Frame AI team would build conversational insights natively into Breeze, HubSpot's AI across its customer platform, combining unstructured conversation data with HubSpot's structured customer data to optimize campaigns, accelerate sales cycles and reduce churn.[6][7]
