  • CoverForce emerged from stealth on 25 October 2023, unveiling a product suite for agency networks, wholesalers and software companies, backed by a $5 million seed round raised in January 2022 led by Nyca Partners with participation from Muir Capital, QED Investors, Sidekick Partners and Moving Capital.[3]
  • CoverForce announced a $13 million Series A on 25 March 2025 led by Insight Partners with participation from Nyca Partners.[4]

  • CoverForce's platform integrates with carriers including AmTrust, Chubb, Liberty Mutual and Travelers, covering workers' compensation, general liability, business owner's policies and cyber.[6]
